The water quality is TERRIBLE. I'm a chemist, so I regularly check the quality of our water. The amounts of bleach in the water are crazy. I never drink the water, and we use as little of it as possible. We're saving to purchase an entire home water filtration system, but until we get it, we only drink bottled water purchased and purified by a 3rd party. I wouldn't even give this water to my dog. Also, the cost of sewer and water is never lower than $120/ month. We have a very low water footprint, but get charged very high amounts. I have never paid so much for water and sewer anywhere in the 8 homes my husband and I have lived in over the last 15 years! We don't use sprinklers. All of our appliances are energy efficient. We do 2 medium loads of laundry per week, 1 load of dishes per week, and hand wash dishes in a 2 gallon tub every other day. We purchase drinking and cooking water from a third-party. There are only 2 adults in our home, and we take 15 minute showers once per day. We've had our home checked for leaks. The only positive I can add is that my trash is picked up, water comes in and goes out. Quality of water is terrible, and our trash cans are left turned on their sides or left in the gutter. I'm glad we have sturdy cans because many of my neighbors cans have been destroyed by them being thrown about.
