Been going here for years. Dr.Chen is good but this place has gone downhill since.it became Pinnacle. MRI showed I have torn ligaments...after many calls, I am still waiting to see a specialist.

My oldest daughter had to be seen at a hospital and have a breathing treatment done because the urgent care refused to see her as her allergy cough was a Covid symptom. She was sent to get a chest X-ray to see if she was asthmatic and turned away again. Refusing to see her without a Covid test but refused to test her for Covid bc she needed the chest X-ray. Yesterday my girls had an over the phone appointment that was refused for insurance purposes, I rescheduled for today and before the appointment my daughter needed to use the restroom as patients are waiting in their cars in 100 degree weather, I called and asked if I could bring her to use the restroom shouldn’t be a problem. My younger daughter had a uti that she was being treated for at a different urgent care she had a fever and was still treated. The medicine has been hard on her stomach and today was her follow up appointment with pinnacle she was turned away because her tummy hurt and she is having side effects from the antioxidants she was taking. Her side effects are also coincided Covid symptoms and she needed a Covid test. Her last Covid test was less than a week ago she has been quarantined for 2 weeks but her negative test results were not accepted because it was not with in a 48hr time frame. Did I mention yet that my 8yo daughter peed her pants in the parking lot because she was refused? I’ve had 4 bad experiences trying to bring my kids to this clinic. There is a serious problem with patient care and human decency here. Don’t waste your time or money on this clinic go somewhere that treats you like a priority and cares about your health.

This review is specifically for Dr. Luis Salas. I have been suffering from the worst flu symptoms I have ever had in my life. My throat especially felt like razor blades every time I swallowed anything, to the point where I am not eating or drinking, and I’m spitting in the sink, etc. rather than swallowing saliva. Dr. Salas did a quick check (I did get tested negative for Covid and Strep), then prescribed pain meds, and that was it. This was our final exchange before he left the exam room: Me: So what can I be doing to get better? Doctor Salas: Make sure you’re drinking lots of water Me: Yeah, I’ve been pretty bad about that because it’s so tough with the swollen and sore throat. Do you have any tips to make it easier? Doctor: See, I don’t really understand that. Me: I’m saying it hurts to drink, so I’m asking if you have any recommendations. Doctor: Yeah, but you’re swallowing your spit all day. Me: I was literally spitting into a tissue last night because it hurt so bad. Doctor Salas, annoyed: I don’t believe you. Me: Wow. Doctor: I don’t know what you want me to say. Me: Thank you, bye. Maybe I’m lucky, but I have never in my life had a doctor tell me, to my face, “I don’t believe you.” He had already prescribed the pain meds, I’m not a recurring patient, nothing about me (to my knowledge) indicated that I was drug seeking. This is absolutely despicable. Nobody should have to convince their doctor that they are suffering. This man needs to be held accountable.

I would give it No starsThis facility is Awful. The people standing at the front door checking Temps and asking questions are so RUDE. They pick and choose who they let in and who they don't. They only harass certain people when they want to. We were here last week and Rafael even walked up to a lady and stated exactly because of your symptoms we don't want you here. You have to go to rialto. There Customer Service for Patients is Discusting. They have no empathy at all. Just down right SAD.

Yes they do, only if a specialist ordered it because you have a scheduled surgery coming up. They usually won't just do it there because your requesting it.

Difficulty breathing is a reason to go to the emergency room. Please have him cared for immediately. Call 911 and get to an emergency room immediately if you have a medical condition that may result in serious medical consequences, cause serious impairment to bodily functions, or cause serious and permanent dysfunction of any bodily organ or part.

Pinnacle Medical Group Fontana does have a lab department. Opened Monday through Friday 8am till 5pm. Our Rialto location does also, as needed.

Dr kaskel just brushed my son off he didn't check his skin condition and seemed more concern about going back to his office it was literally a 2 min.visit this is a waste of my son's insurance money what a scammer!!

My daughter used to be seen by Dr. Danicola, who would not listen to me, so I changed to dr. McGrath and shea awesome. I beleive Dr. Kaskel saw my daughter a couple times and yes he doesnt even get a visual he always says it'll go away on it's own. Did that to me too. Sign up for the surveys they will send you a survey everytime you see a dr. And that way you can Express your concerns.
