I called a nurse aftercare for help for my son with a high fever. I was told to go to to this urgent care, and they close at 9 pm. I showed up at 6:30 and was told they stopped seeing children at 4:45 pm. A woman with black glasses and a lace collar blouse offered no help. I asked if all Kaiser urgent cares followed that rule. She said, “I don’t know.” I wondered if she would call Riverside urgent care to find out. She said, “I don’t know. That’s not my job, and you will have to call on your own to find out. My job is to check in people.” Keep in mind the clinic is completely empty, and no one is in line. She wouldn’t help me or tell me where to go. She was useless and had zero sympathies. She had just turned away a senior citizen right before me. So does urgent care not care about the young and old community after 5 pm?!? While people are being turned away in ER! While she was being useless and rude I was checking for badge and she didn't have one on!

3 and a half hour wait for Urgent Care and 2+ h for the ER wait yesterday; just fyi, go prepared with water and snacks. BTW, at the ER, they are not allowing ppl besides of patients, exception are those with minors or people that need extra care.

Took my 80 year old mother at 10:35 am, waited til 1:00 pm and still no one called us. My mothers is diabetic, high blood pressure and has Alzheimer’s. We asked how much longer was the wait and they told us 3 more hrs. They don’t take patients in the order from when arrive. They take them depending on the severity of the patient. So I guess my mother wasn’t severely Sick enough for them. There was people coughing profusely and I started thinking they sat us on the waiting room with people that might be infected with COVID. The admitting team/ cashier need to be more considerate of the elderly. My mom sugar level was becoming low since she need to have something to eat. We just left, there’s no way my mom was going to be able to wait another three hours to be seen.

Checked in at 11 03 am per copay receipt, didn't get call in until 2:30pm. No receiptionist at the counter but two cashiers!I have been waiting in the exam room after after vital signs got checked. It's 3:38pm the doctor never showed up it has been an hour in this exam room! KAISER PERMANENTE need to re-organized their systems! At least an announce audit to the very poor customer service !
