Came here after going to Autozone to get my battery checked. Been experiencing minor issues with my car starting up normally. Was told I had a good battery/alternator at autozone. As always I like to seek a second opinion so I went over here to O'Reillys. Joshua was very helpful! Tested my battery and turns out I had a bad battery. Thanks for caring about your customers and also answering my few questions and educating me a bit about my issue.

Victor the managers lies,bad customer,service,dishonest.Said my car battery had a bad cell and couldn't charge it,just so I could spend money to buy another one.It was a new battery!!! I took it home and jumped the battery and tried it. Starts everytime and still working.I don't know how a dishonest person got promoted to manager?? I guess it was out of desperation.
