Clean place but no security..they are requiring that improvements be made on units that are owned and occupied by elderly people who can barely get by. As long as it's clean outside they should be happy. Also they want to tell you what to replace inside..thats not right. My 88 year old.mom has limited income and can't afford to make large home improvements.

Yes they do but here they are very hard to get into management is very strict with people applying at this park
That is something, that you have to either call the front desk or go down there and ask them personally.
I did see a for rent sign in a window or two. They're for rent by private owners not through the office.
