I was charged for a refill of chips for my nachos with chips on the side. Every other Qdoba I have gone to have happily given more chips if I run out early. It is frustrating that there isn't consistency between restaurants. It was my understanding that Qdoba stopped upcharging for extras, like guacamole, but I was upcharged for this.

Came back a second time as requested by customer support. Pretty good experience the second time, staff was friendly and the food was decent. The burrito was heavy and had a good mixture of rice beans and meat. The queso and chips that came free with rewards was bigger then I expected aswell. They even were in stock on both brown and white rice this time.

Giving 2-Stars to leave a chance for improvement. I've given this place a couple of tries and disappointed by portion size and meat to filler ratio. A $10 burrito should be more meat and less rice, beans & other fillers. I've mentioned this each time I've gone, and end up with mostly rice & tortilla with very little meat (since I don't get beans & other fillers). I DO NOT want to pay extra for more meat... $10 is higher end for this quality of burrito. PLEASE be more generous with the meat ratio, I'm willing to give it another go. If not, you lose me & my family & friends as customers.

Quick and friendly service at the start of Sunday lunch rush. Great flavor in the food! My only concern was that I felt like I was a bit rushed and not asked if I wanted any of the extra things that can go in my order, like veggies for example. The gal was just so efficient that I felt like that would have been an inconvenience.
