We LOVE this place. They have new and second hand sports gear. Great for 2nd hand wet suits and ski gear. If you can plan ahead and shop off season the merchandise selection is awesome. They are rarely busy and have plenty of staff available to help. They seem to know their stuff reasonably enough. We picked up new snow gear. They had lots of 2nd hand snow boots and gear. Treadmills to basketballs for cheap. I have also called ahead to see if things are in stock or if they can put things aside. If there are kids in your family...it is a fabulous place to get sports gear that they will potentially grow out of rather than paying full price. Love it!!

Good customer service and fair prices. Be advised, if you want to sell anything except weights, be prepared to get robbed. Unless it is something you don't care of letting go of for nothing, sell privately. You will get ripped off selling to Play it Again Sports everytime.
