I like this particular Big 5 because they always have what's on sale if you get there the day of the sale. I went to different big fives in Northern Cal by pinole first day of the sale and they didn't have it 40% of what was in their newspaper flyer and it was the first day of the sale. This store is in Ventura is way better than the one in Oxnard as well. The manager who has been at the store for years knows what he's doing and runs a tight ship. My hat goes off to him for keeping this place organized and clean for as many years as he's been running it. KBF4

There is so much merch packed into a Big 5 Sporting goods store it's amazing. Their hours are great and sales abound if you simply register on their website.

Curteous friendly service i went in ten minutes before closing, i know but i had to, and never once felt rushed .The young man helped me with the proper size and i was out of there before 9 ! Great store! great staff! Way to go Big 5 ! Thank you !
