You don't go to Firestone or Les Schwab or pep boys for the cheapest fix. You go for the warranty and standard they should hold and this place will do stuff that other places wont

Came here 3 weeks ago for them to “fix” my tire valve stems that all were leaking AGAIN, and have been giving me issues only since I bought brand new tires from them May 2021. Only 3 weeks ago and I have to come back in for the same issue. I bought new tires so I would avoid future problems since my tires were worn out. Never had problems before. These new tires have given me nothing but grief. Valve stems are leaking yet AGAIN. At this point I want a refund for the tires so I can take my money elsewhere and get this resolved once and for all. Their customer service was on point and that’s about the nicest thing I can say about Firestone. At least they are nice at this location.

Nice place friendly staff although for certain things I went in for an oil change and was told I had told I had to book an appointment because They couldn't see anyone for an oil change on the spot I would have had to have booked an appointment and waited a week and a 1/2 to be seen.
