If I could give 0 stars I would. The new owners don’t care for the people in the park or making it a comfortable living space. It’s obvious they invested in it for the sole purpose of collecting money from the tenants. Management is completely deranged and unable to create structure. Would not recommend living here!!! Seriously, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They just got new owners recently let's hope they do better than the last owners who do nothing but raise the prices constantly any upgrades at all including light bulbs for the street lamps are charged to each and every tenant new carpeting in the office gets charged to each and every tenant and any other upgrades as well,plus they act like a Five Star Park when all it is is maybe at 2. No cars are allowed in front of your own mobile home, has to be in the carport, or in front of the utility rooms, where there's only four spaces! Trash service is billed to each and every tenant and has gone up dramatically,there is only one green central receptacle for many tenents. It is allowed for outside people to come in and throw all their trash and furniture, making it impossible for the tenants that pay for it to put their garbage in. There are many disadvantages to this park.

Bad experience...visiting some friends our car almost got towed away from mi friend's house without any warning. The park doesn't provide enough parking for visitors, but they want to tow away your car. There was loud music from neighbors and management don't do anything...
