The worse Ryder location. My husbands truck been in that shop since Ending of March and he has not received it as of yet. They keep giving him the run around. They say one day they are missing parts and the next day they say it will be ready. Then they come up with that they are still waiting on parts. Every time he try’s to call the shop they tell him he needs to contact the warranty department. Every time he contacts the warranty department they have no answer from the shop. This is so frustrating when that is the only thing keeping him from providing for his family.

I am 100% convinced these 5 star review are fake or from people that work for the company. I can write 10 pages of all of the horrible things experienced with this company. Their mechanics absolutely hate their job. I’ve seen them lock the gate and try everything to send trucks to neighboring Ryder shops. They rarely fix anything. It’s fixed enough to get back on the road and break down. They never have a sub truck in case yours is in the shop for days. They also always try to blame the driving for equipment that just wore out or flat out malfunctioned. I’ve seen them try to pin a blown transmission on a driver. On an automatic truck that’s only options are R, N or D. How they’re still in business is beyond my comprehension.

I talked to the recruiter (a Miss Elizabeth Freeman), and she pumped me up to work for Ryder; the next step was to talk to the terminal hiring manager (Josephine Camrillo) and she was a sharp contrast. The communication isn't the best, be prepared to be patient if you're looking to work for them. You're borderline disqualified if you need extra time to decide if you're committed to the job details (like team driving, or night driving). Maybe it's the culture of that particular terminal only. I don't agree with all negative comments here but I can definitely understand all their frustrations. 😓🤔.

This is the worst yard to try and work a set of doubles in Ryder didn't start out this way when ryder took over this account but I hear alot of bad things about the Fontana Yard from other drivers. This is the most unsafe yard as far as trying to drop a trailer. In there back dirt lot there is no lighting and trailers are dropped randomly if you have a contract to drop here good luck we have been slowly getting squeezed out of our assigned parking area in the past few months. Last thought someone is going to get hurt here and the only way Ryder might do anything is by getting a big lawsuit filed against them.
