The saying goes “you get what you pay for” and it was like this living at Crystal Towers until we recently renewed the lease. I dont even know where to begin. I am only writing this review for those who are looking to move in and who are willing to spend extra $$ and live somewhere else, it will probably be worth it!! 1. We have a major bug problem in the kitchen. I have shared photos and videos with management. It has been about a year and still the issue has not been resolved. We have had maintenance spray the kitchen numerous times. We ended up buying “roach stations baits” ourselves and have placed them all over the kitchen. If you dont mind living with bugs, then welcome to our community. I’m talking about 10 cockroaches appearing DAILY! Its disgusting to say the least. 2. Water shut offs multiple times a month and the hours 8-5. You can imagine the inconvenience. 3. Lots of Construction ongoing. If you dont mind the noise, the dirt in the hallways, the materials in the hallways almost tripping yourself, then this is the place. 4. The ridiculous super high utility bill, the extra fees, which brings your monthly housing expense equal to renting a single family house in the same area, or a fully renovated condo in the same area, with no bugs!! You can definitely find a better place to live paying about the same…. Bottom line, it might be worth spending a few hundred dollars more, and have a much better quality of living. Crystal Towers feels more like a class C building and we are paying more like a class A luxurious building when you add all the fees and utility bill…..(at least our Unit is extremely old and probably never been upgraded since the 70s-80s).

This building was amazing before all the construction. Since the construction began it’s been atrocious. Water shutoffs from 9-5, twice this week. No heat yet. They will smile at you without doing anything to help. Work from home is damn near impossible here. I would certainly not recommend living here anymore. Increase rent for less in return.

4 Corners Entertainment - second show! Still amazing. I cannot recommend this enough. Please bring this back on a regular basis. Incredible variety and the best comedy in VA.
