I’ve lived here for going on 3 years. I must say the staff makes the building what it is. They’re kind, attentive. Phil is a great manager, Patrice, Floyd, and Angie are also sweet; however, Toni is the absolute highlight of 220. She knows all of the residents and is a joy to see and speak to when you come in the building. Regarding the building, the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the property is hard to find. The airport is right up the street and there are multiple trails in the area. The only reason why I gave the property 4 stars is because of the construction, which is hard to avoid in most areas close the the city, and I want to encourage the building to reconvene the monthly parties and treats they used to provide the residents with.

Desiree the new 220 concierge is great and is willing to assist tenants in any way! She is always pleasurable and greets tenants and guests positively no matter what kind of day she is having.
