Seven years and counting. Zoso is a great place to live with friendly neighbors and a great staff. It is so convenient to neighborhood shops, restaurants, and the Clarendon Metro Station. You can be downtown in the center of DC in just minutes via either the Silver or Orange Line. The units are large and quiet, the building well constructed, the parking spaces well sized, and the rooftop has a great view. Plus, and a big plus, the maintenance staff is prompt and any issues are resolved quickly.

Zoso is by far the best residential community in Arlington! The apartments are stunning and the current team, including Brenda and David, is extremely professional, caring, and responsive to the residents’ needs. Zoso is a very special place to live and I highly recommend it!

This company is reverting back to bad business practices. The rates raised after living here a year are unconscionable, and management has no remorse. It's all money to them. Forget loyalty, forget maintaining tenants who take pride in their apartment and the property, forget quiet tenants who are no problem and never miss payments. Management only cares about making more money. Good luck with maintenance that pays no attention to detail or cleaning up. Replacement appliances are cheaper than the originals -- they are really cutting corners, probably to support their newer properties. Our common area doors don't lock. So, look around. There are better options with management who care about their property communities.

The leasing stuff is great. Annmarie Pierson in particular is fantastic and so flexible, which took a lot of stress out of moving.
