Very bad service the very bad secretary who behaved with me deceived me first she told me that insurance was not needed and when I paid the applications I paid her 300 dollars she simply gave me many excuses and refused me the apartment I told her that I was in a rented house a fourth and in the end he asked me for a contract if he knew he had no contract he never returned any money to me

New management I was told you can't smoke outside unless and that there gonna make them not all bill paid anymore and raise the rent and u can't use your ac how u want without worrying about the office turning them off on you if they don't like how much u use it Also heard u can't smoke inside or they will eviction you

Me and my mom rented a room in this place for over two years , the location is good, you are pretty much in Garland where you can go shop , watch movies etc , the management is terrible though, I was on student visa back then and they refused to include my name on the lease so I can park my car (I am perfectly legal ) and my car got towed once and I had to park on the streets, the manager is an a hole , everything is prohibited , u can’t have a patio set u can’t have this and that , the patio is decent size , now the room by time we started to see coackroaches , lots of them , we ended up leaving and after we left they charged us 250 through the debt Collector without even informing us , they charge their guest for the roaches they have , the only good thing was the price , all bills paid in garland can’t beat that .

Stay away from this apartment complex worst customer service ,the management has no clue how to provide assistance, they had me living with a leak for months. Don't even bother to move in here, avoid the nightmare.
