Solid apartment complex for the price. I am moving soon but lived here for 3+ years. Staff is always nice and helpful. Being close to the highway makes it easy to access DC and parts of Northern VA. It's great spot for families, which there are plenty. The only downside is very limited space for additional parking for tenants' guests. The property has limited space so it's understandable. Otherwise great place.

We’ve been super happy living here at Dolley Madison. We’ve never had any trouble with maintenance not coming or getting information from the management. The front desk has always been friendly and happy to answer questions. We face towards the freeway and though we can hear it, it’s not overly loud. Our son really likes watching all the cars too. We’ve enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend.

Do not waste your time or money. They will take your money and pretend they have you down as a prospect/next in line for a unit. But, they will go ahead and give it to someone else after taking your money. They have a disorganized system that doesn’t take prospects into consideration and will go ahead and rent out your unit, regardless of your position in line or expressed interest. We applied for 2 units as first applicants, and both units got rented to someone else even tho we got approved and had already put in $650. Choose a place that at least has an organized management system instead.
