Lived there for 11 years. The maintenance is terrible. You call the office and ask for maintenance for your apartment. Never answer the phone and when you do get them on the phone they put you on hold for hours. It takes them weeks to 4 months to come to your apartment to fix the problem. People still packages all the time. The laundry room is always flooded with water from the washer.

This is not a safe place to live. I visited a friend and someone knocked on his door saying they were maintenance. He knew he did not call for service (because he said they rarely show up) and he said there is a probation office across the street and people wonder into the building. He also said it looks like there is some kind of safe house being operated in the building because of all the different people, mostly very young, coming and going in one unit. Who knows the circumstances and what could happen. The time I was there about 3 people tried to get him to open his door under all kinds of schemes. One lady was really aggressive. The fake maintenance guy was probably very dangerous if he had opened the door. I do not think there is any kind of security. He has his pkgs sent to my house because people steal anything left in the mailroom.It is pretty loud with whatever bangs in the garage. Unlike the previous comments, I do not have the contempt and classist feeling about the residents. My friend works hard-very hard- but is priced out of the area. There is only paid parking, $75, and no guest parking. How is that for "the poors?" But it did look like there were people in the building taking advantage of the system.

Please please don’t rent here my apartment has flooded with water 3 times. The leasing office and maintenance are no help at all! Please you deserve better then to settle here

Subsidized housing for those who can't afford to live in Arlington. I always find it laughable that places like this have 9 floors with about 12 units per floor and all the reviews are from disgruntled people who probably haven't lived there. (Or been in the area of Woodbury for that matter) While the Rental/Leasing office is incompetent at times they still provide a service to the community. This entire area is one of a few places where the poor can live in a good location for better education and work for their families. Unfortunately people would prefer to always leave negative reviews rather than constructive ones. We're so emotional.
