While I would say Dr. Winder is an amazing doctor and all the back office staff were great when I went in for my appointments pre and post surgery, the front office and scheduling ARE A JOKE. I need to return to an orthopedic surgeon for a different situation and wanted to see the same doctor so I thought maybe they have improved and I'd give it a try. I have spent 2 days trying to get an appointment. 3 phone calls resulting in hold times of 20-30m before I hung up and 1 appointment request via their website that did not result in anyone reaching out to me. Consider dealing with all this frustration before going to this place. Its too bad.

Office so helpful and polite got me in very quickly as I could barely move.. Dr and His Assistant were so fabulous they were very Knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to me and have a game plan. Definitely a doctors office I’d recommend.

I have been trying to make an appointment since last week. I did not receive any response to my on line request.Today I left a voice mail message, waiting on a response. It should not be so hard to make an appointment.

Hey Kristen. Thats exactly what happened to me 2 weeks ago.Called and left couple of messages made online appointment like 3 or 4 times...No one ever get back to me . The pain and frustrations 😥 Call directly the number on the branch where u want to do the appointment....and just be flexible whos available doctor...have lots of patience coz they will put you on hold too. ( dont bother to call / online appointment on thier website they will not get back you...it happens to me . On the lighter side I was seen today and hope that my knee pain goes away from that injection 💉 Hope you feel better...

Hey there, I have been trying to get an appointment to go over the results for an MRI for over a week and the earliest this company has said is late July. I have tried multple times to call for an appointment to no avail, no one answers the phone.

They are doctors and surgeons! The can't just say, "oh, my 15 minutes are up with you" or '"sorry I have to close up your hip, my patients are waiting for me in my office"...

Do you accept Workman's comp insurance from California? It's Argonaut ins. Need a knee replacement.......
