Their regular and garlic sourdough are both outstanding; you'll never want to eat grocery store sourdough again. I get a few loaves every week from the farmer's market. If you ever get the chance, give their C.R.O.W bread a try as well, it's so unique and delicious and keeps really well. Honestly just buy whatever sounds good; I've never had a bad loaf of bread from them.

You can buy this wonderful bread at quality restaurants and bars in the Boise area but for retail sales go to either Co-op stores or the farmers market when it opens.

No - they are not open to the public. Acme Bakeshop has a retail presence at the Boise Farmer's Market. Additionally, their products are available for sale at other retailers throughout the valley on a daily basis.

Do your breads contain any soybean oil, soy protein, or soy lecithin?

Hello Annette, thank you for reaching out. None of our breads contain soy lecithin, soybean oil, or soy protein. We do have some breads that contain ground soy beans from Bob's Red Mill's 10 Grain Hot Cereal mix. Here's a link to the ingredient list for that product: https://www.bobsredmill.com/10-grain-hot-cereal.html The breads we bake that contain the aforementioned mix are our Carrot Whole Grain Ciabatta, Confetti Loaf, and Multigrain Sandwich Loaf.

We would like your CROW bread more often. How can we achieve that end? Please advise us. The Many

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. During the Boise Farmer's Market season we have begun baking C.R.O.W. Bread the first week of every month. We have also discussed with The Boise Co-op the possibility to start bring it there on a limited basis.
