Do you answer phone have went to 3: extensions no answer

no people ask questions everytime theu answer it never ends

They must be very busy or perhaps having phone trouble. I know the high winds of the weekend cause SOME phone problems...

my wife has been trying to get them on the phone for weeks now with no success she calls and gets no answer or she is on hold for so long that she just hangs up

Yes they answer the phone all the time.

I find the Staff at Valley View either called me the night before, asked did I understand procedure I was going to have which Dr. Was performing sedation/procedure & any questions or new symptoms. I find they pass this info on to day shift which is extremely reassuring☺They are always ready with someone WHO CAN GET MY IV STARTED💜😉🌷🌾🌻💐
