Im trying to pre register and no one answers the phone and my procedure is on the 28th july on tuesday

Just go to your appointment. They are going to take your temperature when you walk into the door anyway. Then if you don't have a high temperature you can fill out the paperwork.

Call your doctor I pre register on line they should know how to get info on pre register on line I walked in day of surgery and just sat. And waited to be called

My hubby's surgery was last Wednesday, I called the Monday prior and was able to pre-registerhim. I live in Oahrump, it would have been a hassle to drive down there and register.

So i have to pre register at the place

Same for me: no answer, no returned phone call. I was worried so I went there directly and pre-registered. I could not go in, but the gal at the entrance took my ID and insurance card. They made copies, brought them back to me, and I was good to go.
