I have tried in vain for over 2 months to get an appointment with hematology but they will not answer their phone and then when they finally did they said they never got my referral from my primary. Once I finally got someone to listen to me after calling and visiting the doctor now I am suppose to wait for the hematology dept to contact me, I was told if they get my records. I have a blood clot I was told it was urgent, I am over 2 months waiting and today I find out I am still waiting . What good is your care?the nice lady at the front desk said that my paperwork was closed out accidentally and asked the doctor to resubmit it. I was told to wait an hour and call for an appointment that I was told because of all the hassles would be made for me. But when I called I was once again told they couldn't help me as onlyvthe referral dept could do anything. I guess I need another facility.

Southwest Medical/ Optum Care is a terrible healthcare provider. In my opinion, the doctors and medical care are sub- par. The doctors do not seem to have the capability or knowledge to diagnose or treat patients correctly. The PA’s are much better than the actual doctors. The medical records department employees have no idea what they are doing. They are unorganized and incompetent. Let me add, I just got informed by the BBB that after reading my review Southwest Medical cannot find me as a patient and they records. I have been going there for the last 8 1/2 years. not surprising. The level of unprofessionalism is outstanding.

What a great experience...my husband and myself had been at wrong place due to Dr referrl..but they directed us here to s.w.m. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... my husband needed the testing done asap...thanks for making it possible..we were seen with in 15 mins. We paid a little extra...it was very much worth it... You ve got our business from ,w on..Connie & rob crosslin..😁

I took my mom to see Daniel Wynn before and he was great but this time we felt he was in a hurry. My mom had fell and broke her nose. I told the MA everything that my mom and I were concerned about and also my mom has been showing signs of depression. She gave us a questionnaire to feel out and said I'll tell the doctor and you just give that to him and he'll go over it with you and figure out treatment. The doctor comes in and I first approach her nose and pain. Everytime we finished up with a question he would say is there anything else like he wanted to hurry and get us out the door. I had to tell him twice yes her hip hurts and can you look at it before he to finally looked at it. Then I hand him the clip board and told him I was told to give this to you. He quickly takes it and puts it under his papers in his hands and leaves. I took a deep breath and said to myself ok he'll go to his desk and see it and realize the mistake he just made. No, his nurse comes in 10 mins later and asks my mom to sign some papers and then says ok ill walk you out. I told his nurse it's not ok how the doctor did not look at the questionnaire and address my mom's depression. We depend on the doctors for help. Depression is a very scary thing and it can get worse and this doctor ignored it by not doing his job fully and I will never bring my mother back to this place and will be filing a complaint with the state board. Sickening that southwest hired doctor like this.
