The staff is wonderful here! From the front desk, to the receptionist, to PA Ashley Smith everybody is friendly and welcoming. Ms. Smith is always on time and takes time to listen to all of your concerns and is very thorough.

The front office, either by management design, or by mistake - is staffed with unwilling incompetent personnel. Almost every time wrong referrals and billing issues. Nobody to talk to. Doctor Lehner and doctor Shill are fine doctors who are committed to good care . It is unfortunate that they have to operate in an disfunctional environment.

You will need to contact SNHD as they are coordinating vaccinations. Individual doctors don't have them yet.
Sorry for the frustration in this regard, we had issues with the phone that took longer than expected to resolve, but we believe it has been resolved. Portal access issue - the first link on website was incorrect, second link is correct. This is being fixed. Once again we apologize.
