Mark usually they send a survey after each visit and you can voice your feelings and opinions there. Daniel most of the people do care. Our bonuses and doctors insurance reimbursement is based a lot off of patient approval ratings or readmitted rates
I have been at HCI more times than I care to admit to. No place is perfect but HCI in my opinion does a better job than most. Their patient advocates are very responsive to your needs. Any problem was resolved immediately. If I had to go back I wouldn't hesitate.
