Stowers saved my wife. I will be forever grateful for that. However all the receptionists there at the OB/GYN clinic do not care at all. It always seems to be inconvenient for them to take a phone call or care. They sat on some important paper work that needed to be submitted for 3 weeks. (they still haven't taken care of it.) They also never answer the phone during business hours. WHAT ARE THEY DOING?! GET NEW RECEPTIONISTS WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB!

I flew out here from Denver for my appointment. I called to say I would be 2 mins late and was told that I couldn't be seen. The receptionist was not pleasent by any stretch of the imagination and now I've come all the way out here for no reason. I am beyond frustrated with this clinic and how they treated me.

Depends on who your seeing theres a clinic just past the hospital 3rdeast and 11th ave turn east north of the hospital good parking
It is located just North of the LDS Hospital
You get a referral from your primary care physician. If you are going to Physical Therapy, you need a prescription for it from your regular doctor. If you're going for something else, you might want to call the Avenues Clinic & see what you need before you go. That way you can be sure!
