I'd give it a 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

Tried calling to get some answers on how to be a new patient, and if this is even the right fit for what I'm trying to do, and the receptionist was incredibly rude to me about it. While trying to explain, i was interupted and basically told to go away and thay i was wrong for calling. Not the best look for a company trying to help people with mental health issues.

Absolutely agree. Able to show deep compassion while also being treated bad is an amazing quality and thick skinned employees. They have helped thousands of societys most looked over and discriminated people without ever getting the kind of recognition or support SLC's political and Police force enjoys... We still love you guys and gals at our clinic.
This is what i did.... Call to find out what day they have their Methadone orientation/information class and attend. Or ask for chris, he is a therapist in their mental health department. With a referral from the 4th street Clinic Methadone from Project Reality is absolutely free. I dont pay a single penny. Operation Rio grande has allotted a certain amount of money specific for this through the 4th street Clinic. I pay NOTHING. Project Reality takes about a week to get signed up for and you must test positive for opiates during the orientation process to get in. You also receive free therapy from CSW. Free nicotine patches if you attend the weekly group if you want. Cant find all this fee help ANYWHERE and you don't have to rely on anyone like family or churches to do this for you. That's what I did anyways. Stay strong and be safe Lindsay, im cheering for you.
Yes they can, you do not have to be homeless to use the clinic. He needs to go in Mon-Fri at 8 am and be prepared to sit there all day.
Your best bet is to go over and ask yourself.
Nice place, accept if a medical assistant got coursed to lie about blood test.
Got to Bureau of vocational rehabilitation and they can assist you with SSDI.
Yes they're fantastic. Dr Wecker is the best doctor I've ever had.
I think they can help sign up for the free phone, just ask
I,m at a loss about the question and sciatica
Lol it's place of business! So no!
No, usually you are sent to a place nearby for x-rays.
You do not have to show anything just be and take a number and wait for your turn
Yes or they have resources in the community where they can send you if applicable.
No insurance. So just check stub, ID?
Emergency room
Go down there after 8
If your a patient of 4th St you can call for appointment. If you have your own dental plan then call them and see if you can make payments.
