Staff was so rude!.. Cindy (receptionist) was yelling at me, I just asked for a mask she got upset and super rude the whole time!…. Being my first time to this location super bad experience!… I DO NOT Recommend this place at all!… I will never come back!!!! I took my kid and he didn’t know what was wrong sent us home and my kid is still sick!… Doctor said to come back if she still wasn't feeling better, no knowing what she had. Like we have the time and money to be coming back!…. Just for the doctor not to know what the problem is… one of the reasons we hate going to the doctor they never know what’s WRONG and have us come back!… I don’t how they even become doctors if they never know anything they just take your money!… At the end the problem gets worse because they don’t even know what they’re doing!….

Yes it is. Appointments are preferred. Though walk-in patients are able to be seen occasionally, calling in first is always recommended.
