I have been going to this clinic for 20+ years, it has continued to go downhill especially the last 5 years. Several doctors have left, including my primary care doctor. My Dr told me I would be accepted by someone established there or whoever would replace her. I called today to schedule an appointment and was told not one single doctor in the building would see me. So now I have a list of medications I can’t get renewed because of their inadequacy. Very very poor service and has been for awhile!

In Salt Lake's fastest growing part of the city - Sugarhouse - Intermountain has decided to abandon its patients. No longer do they provide Instacare, Kidscare or a pharmacy. Additionally, they can't keep their website updated on what actual medical services (and contact info) that they actually do provide. Now patients are forced into long lines at SL Clinic, LDS Hospital or the Murray Campus. Not to mention if you do get into see any sort of doctors, their billing practices are shady and border on fraudulent. Their motto should be "Healing when convenient or profitable.

We had to ask the staff to wash their hands before touching my baby. We're not even entirely sure if the doctor did. We also weren't fans of us having to take our baby to the scale down the hall. Our last pediatricians office would bring it to our room as an extra safety measure. I also felt the doctor we saw was a but aggressive with her advise, to the point where I felt personally attacked.
