Yes. They have literally saved my life 3 times. These folks can refer for tests, get you in with specialists, and when you need serious health care, the docs and FNPs know their stuff and get you healthy. When you come in to establish care, it is a walk in appointment. Bring a beverage, book, fully charged phone as it can take a while(like an er, sicker folks first.) After that, you can make appointments for physical care, mental health. or Dentistry services. There is also a night monthly for folks to get eye exams, and recieve a pair of glasses at no cost to you. There are also groups restarting as Covid has become a constant thing. The folks at 4th Street truly care, help, and see everyone as a whole person.
