Ask for the guy with the great looking beard. Had a issue with a bolt overtightened on one of my lawn mower blades. I could not get it loosen. It was badly stripped. This individual helped me unload and an fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. Treated me as a best friend would. Much appreciated.
