+1 star for the friendly people at the depot. +1 star for being able to choose the quality of the tie (unlike Home Depot orders). 2 star review for charging $150 for delivery when their website and business cards say $75, giving poor reasons about the discrepancy on the phone, the people at the shop didn't know about the $150 fee, and then not updating their website even a month later when I mentioned they should both over the phone and in person - this is false advertising. Ties were delivered with metal straps that ripped 0.75 inch deep on the corners through the creosote layer on the 4 outer ties of the bundle - they just dump them off a flatbed pickup unlike Home Depot which uses a fork lift. These guys have been around long enough they should have invested in a decent flat bed crane - driving around the area, you see plenty of them. Bottom line is you can get decent ties, and again the people at the depot were extremely friendly including bringing out some extra ties from the back so I could pick good ones and helping me load my pickup when I stopped by for a couple of odd length ties to finish the project, but this is an old school business that is scrapping by. 4 of 20 delivered ties were not up to quality promised - they say you can haul them back and exchange for free, but sometimes you don't know it has a giant split until you cut into it. They'll surprise you with a 0.03% charge for credit card orders in shop (but not online). Still probably the top place to get ties in SLC, but you may struggle to feel like you're not getting a little ripped off because they're cutting corners. I've given them all this feedback in person. I am posting this review because they failed to update their delivery fees on the website, and I'd like other people to know so they can watch out for it.

Very disappointed ! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I went here because of the Google reviews saying the quality was good, but their #2's are worse than Home Depot's. They also cost 50% more than Home Depot. Additionally, I loaded 8' ties and was told that these were 8'6". As I was strapping them down, I discovered the problem so they took about 1/2 hour, drove their fork lift into the back and got me a bunch of 8'6" twisted pieces of junk. Go to Home Depot; you'll be better off. You can draw your own conclusions about their honesty.

Very easy to order from and communicate with! The ties were delivered on time and they followed the delivery instructions to the letter!

It depents on tie size and if its new or used. They are real good at getting prices if you call.

Yes they deliver. If your in salt lake county and davis county and northern utah county and Tooele its $75. Anywhere outside that region is based off distance.
