Brought our RV in and upon picking it up, a giant hole had been burned though our black tank which is right next to the exhaust pipe. We have called a few times and left messages with no response. All we ask is for contribution to repairing it and not being totally ignored as repeat customers. We will happily take our businesses somewhere else.

this place deserve below zero star, wouldn’t recommend it ,I walk in to do my emission and ask if there able to do my new registration as of I’m the new owner of the car they stated they can’t and then later come back to me she said yes they could I ask her again you can do it under my name for the first time she said yes so I said OK you can go ahead and do it after I paid and everything I got surprised she renewed my registration under previous owner name ,tried to talk to them to fix it all I get lack of help do not want to help me and I have to go to DMV and pay again ask them to refund me they wouldn’t ask them i wanna talk to the manager or the owner says the manager does not want to talk to you and they wouldn’t give me the owner information it’s their fault and they have to fix it and they don’t want deal with it, I got a treated horribly if the owner seeing my review I’m asking you to contact me to resolve the issue that your employees caused.
