BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I wish I would have seen all these reviews before shopping with this terrible business. Craig, the owner is nothing but a scam artist. I've never in my life dealt with a person so awful. I've reported this business to the better business bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Worst people I’ve ever dealt with. They left my brand new $6500.00 Hot tub sitting on blocks leaking and sides off for 5 years and charged me $350 and never called or came back to fix it. They are the worst.

We had a seamless experience with them from ordering two fireplace units through install. After dealing with another local family owned and established hearth and fireplace company, their charge for the same project install was almost 50% lower total install price than that other business. Most notably, there were no hidden fees or mysterious parts charges. Make sure you see these guys before you go anywhere else. They are upfront and ethical. They were very quick to respond to questions and did a good job keeping us updated. They came each date and time frame promised. Installers were polite, extremely efficient and very knowledgable. It took them only three days to install the two new fireplaces we were retro-fitting. Very professional. We have zero complaints and highly recommend Willow Creek H&L !!!

Stopped by to shop fireplace for my new home and had the pleasure of meeting the lady working behind the counter. She obviously is having a bad day or the other reviews are absolutely correct. Kinda feel sorry for the business and her. Maybe the lord will bless this business with a good people person. If this is an owner please hire someone to help you. Sorry That I see what is offered there.
