Location hard to find. Security guard was very rude and abrupt. No other customers and she acted like she was being inconvenienced.

So I drove all the way from Victorville and made it in the doors at 455pm and the guy working there already clocked out and told me I had 3 mins, when I had finished filling out the claim form it was 501pm, he told me to get out of the building or he would call CHP on me and my 4 year old. Excuse me but I was in the building before 5PM. I feel and think he should have helped me. All he had to do was lock the doors and I could have been his last customer!!! WORST customer service I have EVER RECEIVED! Just because he clocked out already and wanted to go home.

You can only cash a winning ticket in under 599 all tickets over 600 have to go too Sacramento with a claim form be sure to sign back of ticket only one.person can claim and make sure you print it clearly do npt use white out or claim will be denied
Is there a lotto office in Whittier
You can mail it over I just went to my closest location in Rancho Cucamonga filled out the claim form and dropped it in drop box
Yes. The California Lottery office is open Monday through Friday.
Yes, for claim dropoff only.
Does it give you the dollar amount you won?
You can submit it, but you will be mailed a check in 6-8 weeks. There are people there, but you put it in a drop box with a claim form.
If you have a winning ticket above $599you must turn it in at one of these Calif.lottery office.... IF you happen to owe state taxes ,money to state of California like taxes, welfare over payment unemployment etc..They will take it out of your winnings first.if theres any monies left you'll get that...but they will take what's owed first , Possibly, a friend you trust could turn your ticket in,but your friend will be liable for any taxes owed.Which could be alot if you won a large amount
You have to submit a claim form. Only the Sacramento office will cash a ticket up to $1,000.
No
Nope. You have to wait 9 to 12 weeks
