You could claim form from any lottory store then you fill it up send it directly to the Lotto office which the shown at the form think takes 3to6weeks to send the money to you..no any place could cash over 599..

AND IF IM NOT MISTAKEN I BELIEVE YOU WILL RECEIVE A TAX FORM FOR TAXES AT THE END OF THIS YEAR
