I'm leaving this 4 star review for my man Enrique J. ZAVALA During my horrible visit to access my own account Mr. Zavala made my visit very pleasant and went above and beyond. Enrique by far, great personal banker ask for him when you arrive. Also Juan was great help as well.

Terrible experience at this branch. I was trying to open a business account. The Manager, Abdul was extremely unhelpful, disrespectful and avoidant. He stated that I didn’t have the necessary documentation and refused to even attend to the situation in a necessary manner. However, I had all the necessary documentation. My business used the the same exact documents the day before and the process was extremely easy for her. I had proof of the documents she used as well. I mentioned this to the Manager and his response was “we do things differently here”. I reached out to the executive corporate office and also ended up going to another Chase location. They were extremely helpful and it turned out that I had all the necessary documentation. Due to this, they couldn’t understand why I was turned away. Maybe it was preferential treatment or maybe he just chose to be difficult. Either way, I’m disgusted with my first and only experience at this branch. I’m sure they’ll have something to say, but the proof is in the pudding. I also spoke to upper management at the other branch and spoke to the executive office and they assured me that he did not follow protocol. Thanks, Abdul!
Lightning Strike
Came here at 2:30 pm, 3 bankers, 2 customers, 2 tellers.Waited for 20 mintes and finally I asked someone to speak to a bankers, and one of the bankers asked what it's about, and I said about my checking account, and he's like "Oh it's gonna take a little longer for that". Sad!

USE ANY OTHER BRANCH!!!! The customer service at this branch is HORRID! Due to other circumstances and my time frame I HAD to use this branch and had only a 30 minute window to do so. I needed fairly standard documents notarized and I was told "It is against company policy to notarize a mortgage loan from any other institution due to the liability that Chase would incur". After talking with another notary at another Chase (who went well out of their way to help me) I found out that Abdul (the branch manager) 100% lied to me. Its my opinion that he did not want to waste the labor hours on something that he wouldn't see any profit from. This is a service that Chase provides which brings in customers thus making them profit. It is also my opinion that this is not the 1st time he has done this. This branch seems to be lazy and has no qualms with telling a LIE!
