Hi. Do resident doctors get a discounted rate to rent for a couple of years? Or the same rate? I understand there is another housing at Columbia. How do they differ? I will need to make a decision soon. Help!

The resident rate is subsidized. As far as I know Cornell residents get Cornell housing in Helmsley or one of the other nearby buildings, and Columbuia residents get different housing near Columbia.
