Staff is great.

This is just a hotel you have to use time share points on. The MAJOR problem with this property is that the cleaning staff DO NOT HONOR THE DO NOT DISTURB LIGHT. We asked for NO service, only to come back to find our room made up. Then, an hour before we were to check out, a cleaner not only knocked on our door, but tried to come in while I was on the toilet - ALL WHILE THE PRIVACY LIGHT WAS ON. If you want privacy and any kind of assurance that some random staff person won't just barge into your room DO NOT STAY HERE.

I love this super central and comfortable hotel, the super comfortable bed, the staff is charming, super friendly

The rooms are just slightly smaller than what one might expect for a hotel style room, but served us well. Remember that this is more hotel style rather than resort style with a kitchen or kitchenette. Great location in midtown.

I was there in August. "The valet parking charge is $49.00 USD per day for regular size vehicles, additional $10 fee for oversized vehicles – no in/out service." - From my booking email... We used Uber / Lyft / cabs. I'd recommend the same. If you are driving in, park at a train station, airport, or similar parking facilty as far out as you can and makes sense. Then have a ride hailing app to bring you in to the city.
No shuttles Walking sure works!
Yes, depends on the time of year. Excellent location and nice roof top bar
Not really sure, we've always taken a train or bus into the city when we stayed at pulse, Sorry.
Yes. I can't remember but coffee is provided. You can ask for more at the front desk. It's not Keurig if that's you want to know.
The hotel has a valet parking service. At an acccesible price, considering parking costs in midtown Msnhattan
No microwave. Make sure the bar in the terrace is open.

Unless u paid for a day before (which most hotel demands), no issue with early check-in. Luggage drops should be no issue.
No. Also a great grocery store just across the street.
Yes! Chinese, Italian, Sushi, whole Foods, Deli, Amazing Bagels, Great Pizza by the slice, German Beer Hall, and Starbucks. Those were the places I went to.
We flew into LaGuardia. We used Juno, it's in compatition with Uber. We were very happy.
It is a hotel that you can use time Marriott time share points or cash/credit card to use.
