Large room, always clean, huge bed with absurd comfort, convenient location near the Q line on 96th. Nice gym on the LL floor with the possibility to always fill your bottles with fresh or hot water. For us absolutely promoted, the area is outside the casino in the center, beautiful for walking especially if you arrive on 86th and Lexington Avenue, two beautiful streets full of shops!

I travel for work to the Upper East Side quite frequently, and am always booked at this hotel. Every single time, there is some sort of issue. The staff are not friendly or helpful. This most recent trip, my flight was delayed multiple times, which ended up in me getting in the morning after my originally booked check in time (which was the night before). I called the front desk to let them know my flight was delayed until the next morning, that night. I also confirmed this when I did show up the next morning and checked in. Nobody made note of it, apparently, and they have considered it a no-show and charged me/my company for the room. This is the second time this has happened due to delayed flights (which are also extremely common right now). When I called after my trip to try to talk to someone else and get this resolved, the woman I spoke with was simply silent on the other end. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. The customer service is horrific and the billing is constantly being done incorrectly-- and the staff simply don't care. Additionally, the accommodations are sub-par. Rooms are old and dirty, with basic amenities and the hotel itself doesn't have much more to offer.

Only in the morning .....from 6 am to 11.00 am .....the rooms are equipped with coffee maker. ....there are lots of restaurants close by .....
