Staff very nice. Room very small. Hate the wooden base of the bed. Already walked into it thrice. Thermostat didn’t work so had to open the case to get to the actual ac. Had the shock of my life, it was disgustingly dirty. Sink in wc in the lobby was disgusting too.

Very pretty, specifically the check in area and the business center/waiting area. I really liked the chandeliers. Clean rooms. Just staff left something to be desired. And elevators take long. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience

Wonderful experience!! For a 3 star hotel it felt equivalent to the 4 star EVEN hotel that is down the street. Very comfortable bed, very clean, Newman’ Own organic coffee in room, fridge, quiet, dark and cozy. I don’t understand all the complaints people leave. If you want your room “refreshed” in the evening and cleaned multiple times then stay in a 5 star hotel which has turndown service, much more staff on hand and pay the 500-1000+ per night rate. For a 3 star hotel and everything you get for the price this is truly fantastic hotel. Quick easy walk to Whole Foods and Next Level burger. On the same street is a great bagel place that has tofu cream cheese and bagel sandwiches. Wonderful staff at this hotel as well! Made check in and my stay a breed. Definitely lives up to IHG standards!

Livingston Restaurant on Livingston street, one street over. Dallas BBQ, is also very good, large portions great price. Look for the grade in the window of all the restaurants. A-very good B-ok C-run!
Yes. And, if your kids are older, you can get a room that is next door to yours if possible.
Yes the pool was open when I was there.
Yes, but you can always ask front desk for anything not in room. I called down for a sewing kit when needed.
I don't know if they have smoking rooms, I'm not a smoker and I didn't smell smoke on my floor or in my room.
2 days but if you use priceline there faster
You would have to go on their website
Because they put $150 on hold off your card for insurance purposes
No its was closed well I was there but its a bar and good food
No it's closed
No they do not.
If you have Parking, it is at the opposite end of the main entrance, and you must pay a fee for use.
1 min away , you will find it in front of you in the left side
There's a parking garage. But i don't know how much it costs.
Cofee, tea and muffins .. Big picture answer..restaurante on site..purchase full breakfast
Yes and they also have something called the Bolt Bus that's like 30 bucks and it takes you actually everywhere Times Square Statue of Liberty and takes you everywhere
They have valet parking, they have a PAID parking lot and street parking with meter in the morning on meter days. Read the street sign. Some nights you can't parking over night
straight down Atlantic avenue which turns n2 north conduit and u will be at JFK in about 40 min tops....on a budget - take a train at hoyt and schmerhorn. down the block from hotel straight to jfk....aka train to the plane.
There are a lot of public spaces and meter parking around. But the area is not that secured compare to park in the hotel.
