Was finally able to Schedule a appointment after a month in a half. Ended up missing my appointment. Never got an email. Or time stating my appointment. Just make sure you write down the date and time. They don't care or even bother to give a follow up. Never Scheduling with them again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I had a mammogram at CID today and Suzanne was the best mammo tech ive ever had, painless!!!! The front desk girl in the mammo area was such a sweetheart also! Thank you both forquick and painless service!!!

Clean but the front desk is always rude. Every time I come here there’s never a smile or hello. Now with Covid mask procedures it’s even worse. If you don’t like dealing with people maybe you should find another job 🤷🏻♀️ Just saying.

The worst patient services. Get run around even with insurance reference number and doctors request. Phone staff is extremely rude when you try to answer there questions. They won’t schedule a stat appointment and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they are not available.

I'm not sure if they asked for my ID..call and ask them
I do believe you have to schedule the mammogram appt. by calling..unfortunately you have to sit on hold for up to 45 mins..x-ray are usually walk-in only..hope this helps!🙂

Contact our medical records department and if they haven't already had you sign a release form, you will need to go in and do that. Then you just let us know where they need to go and we will send them
