The hotel is ok. The rooms are small but the shower and bed are fine and the AC worked well. Good location. Close to Times Square and plenty of bus/subway stations but the immediate neighbourhood is quite sketchy. Plenty of “characters” dotted around the place so can be a little intimidating for some travellers. The breakfast is alright but quite limited in daily options, however the staff at breakfast are lovely.

The place is beautiful, the cleanliness and the breakfast and the excellent maids. Luis (who attended us at the breakfast room) and Gregory (who attended us at the reception) were divine. The excellent location. We will be back

Hotel fine. But they have made a mistake in the payment, they have charged us 360.81 dollars more and it was 4 days after returning to Spain. They are being silly and do not want to return it when they should simply check the accounts that, apart from the fact that we have sent them many times, it is so easy to check what was charged and realize that they have made a mistake. They don't want to, so we're taking steps at the bank to fix it. A pity, an overwhelm and an impotence to return to my country and feel cheated in this way.

The location of the hotel was great, you could reach a lot of sights on foot, the room was clean and the hotel was clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and above all we remember Diomaris with her positive nature.

I had a room with 2 beds for 3 adults. The room was tight, but worked. General areas are OK, but not spacious. It's a good place, but also depends on your family size. The dining area is efficient in size, but can hold groups of more than 4 since it is open seating area, just may have tables next to each other.
Yes, sort of. I had two different rooms, and both had a coffee maker and a _chiller_. Its the size of a mini fridge, but not as cold: maybe 45F-50F.
Call the hotel.
Absolutely you just need ID and credit card

Port Authority is across the street and is a transportation hub for buses and subways...
I don't know. But when my daughter was travelling alone (16 yo) she carried a letter from me authorizing her to book hotel accommodations and to use the card she carried (my card), and verifying I would stand behind all of her charges.
Have you thought of asking them?
Of course I dont see the problem. Early check in is when they charge you more
You don't have your own email. It has that of the Marriott group

From JFK, take the Airtrain to Jamaica station ($5) take the Long Island RailRoad (LIRR $7.50) to Penn station. Take any uptown train to 42nd. Exit and walk down to 40th turn right and the hotel is 1/2 block down on your left.
