Large but very cold rooms, we asked to fix the problem twice and it was not fixed. Very very expensive, not the best location.

Our stay was excellent. Jay at the front desk was awesome, he provided the best customer service I have had in a hotel in a long time. Very welcoming and gave us some good recommendations on things to do in the area. The hotel is in the best area, and the rooms are very spacious compared to some NY hotels I’ve stayed at previously. 11/10!!

No heat, no amenities! I stayed here on a business trip and things were bad from the start. I booked a room with one king bed, they changed my room to 2 full beds. On top of that, the room was freezing cold. I called downstairs and was told the hotel management was refusing to turn on the heat until the outside temperature dropped below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It was 52 degrees at the time. I'm pretty sure this is against NYC codes. The hotel has no vending machines or a market from which guests can purchase drinks or snacks, but I was told they had a bar that served soft drinks and closed at 1 am. I went downstairs at 12:20 only to find they "closed early because they had less traffic today". I called the morning of to order room service and was told the hotel doesn't offer room service. My only option would be to come to the restaurant downstairs. I paid over $400/night to stay here. I've stayed places for less with way better amenities and working utilities. This hotel is a scam and an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. will never stay at another of their properties after this experience.

NEVER AGAIN! This hotel seems fraudulent, and I believe certain guests are profiled and taken advantage of. Booked Hyatt Wall Street in advance for family members. They both said the stay was pleasant, however, although the booking was advanced paid in full including taxes and fees by a 3rd party booking site, my card was charged an additional $500 inclu a $250 hold (the hold clearly states on the hotel's website $100) and the other charges were nonchalantly explained to me as a "mistake" by manager Nicole, who also explained it will take 3-5 days to be reversed. I also spoke with another young man who deemed the charges a "mistake" as well but schooled me on how the third party site doesn't pay the hotel enough. After the convo with this employee, I realize the charges might not have been a mistake but perhaps a pricey slap on the wrist for booking via the 3rd party site and not direct! How dare me? You got me once Hyatt Centric Wall Street. You won't get me again because I won't return. BUYERS BEWARE!

Hello, in the same Hotel it works in the mornings from 6 to 11 am a buffet breakfast and in the afternoons at the bar you can order snacks
No, but I can easily get a taxi to the airport.
A few weeks ago, they were very happy to do so for me!
