The cleanliness of the room was not good. For over $600 a night I was expecting a clean room. The first room they gave us smelled like mildew so they moved us to another room that still smell like mildew but less strong. There was used tissues between the bed and the nightstand and when we called about it they acted as if that could never happen. I had to ask them to send someone to get the room cleaned again but they just had someone come up and remove the tissues from the room. The carpet was also very dirty and furniture was run down with stains on them. They get us a complementary bottle of wine and $40 off our room, which was nice but I did not think it was enough for the state of the rooms. The staff was very nice but didn’t do great with accommodations

The Refinery is my new go to NYC hotel . I was totally blown away by the level of customer service. The hotel is extremely accommodating and checks on you throughout the day via text. There were many perks like complimentary wine during happy hour and coffee and tea in the morning just to name a few. The rooms were spacious for a NYC hotel and has a Gatsby sort of vibe. There is a rooftop restaurant with a retractable roof and two other restaurants Parker and Quinn and a jazz bar. I really enjoyed my experience and have been telling everyone about their superb customer service.

Awful. They actually dont answer thr phone, not kididng its not an option only email. Absolutely disgusting costumer service. 24 hours of trying to get in touch. Ill never do business with this place again. Literally THE worst costumer service I've ever received.
