In 8 days the elevator only worked 2 days. They cut off the hot water for 2 days and we couldn't take a shower. The room did not have a fridge when it was included in the services information. No coffee and tea 24 hours, There was no compensation for poor service

Lack of 1 lift made it a pain and it didn't look like it was going to be repaired anytime soon. No hot water for 2 days.. but that was probably due to a gas keak out on the street and couldn't be helped. Overall...central and handy and friendly staff.

I had made my reservation at the last minute. But its a great hotel. For the labor day weekend it was about $300 a night.
Yes I used dollar car rental it is the cheapest about 20min walk but car parking is like 63 dollars a night

There is parking but they give you a note for the parking lot nearby and you get a discount, costs around 40$ for 24hrs

All packages must be registered in the same name as that of the reservation. Any packages arriving before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender" or scheduled for a redelivery for the check-in date. Most rooms are too small for a cot and / or roll away - suggest you plan ahead and ask. We ended up with two rooms.
A very good, very clean La Quinta. No issues. The best LaQuinta I’ve stayed in (except brand new ones).
Yes there is a concierge at the entrance of the hotel who took care of it
If I received an order when I was there I gave the address of the hotel and name I got. but the k receive are heavy stockings and do not serve well
There are many take away places all around from Korean to pizza places. We had a pizza delivered from a place on 32ND street east and it was delicious. We got this information from the girl at check in
Very accommodating. Excellent staff, very clean, free breakfast, gym, 24 hr coffee, free WiFi. Excellent street to immerse yourself into the Korean culture. Walk everywhere or jump on the subway. It's my favorite hotel.
Yes, you can. They are accommodating. The front desk even asked at checkout if we needed them to store our bags.
I would assume that depends on the type of pet i.e. goldfish , large SNAKE, poodle or great dane, mountain lion or house cat, or even your goldfish. On a side note if this was my pet I would never leave them alone in a hotel room in New York City not knowing what's going to happen who's going to come in and go out,house keeping maintenance. I would definitely have my pet with me at all times enjoy your trip. Also call the hotel.
no on-site parking. there is a valet that will bring your vehicle just down the rd to a parking garage.
No there's is not there are several parking garages in the area with daily rates
