Understaffed. Overcrowded. Sometimes they are closed around noon when I try to go in. They don't care at this branch.

I just moved to Menifee and this location is just beyond amazing! You can get assistance extremely quickly which is great because I used to have to wait 1+ hour for a bank teller at the previous bank I used to go to. The staff is amazing especially Irais and the manager! I can’t thank you both enough. They were extremely helpful with a wire issue I faced. They stayed late yesterday and then first thing in the morning they were helping me out. If it weren’t for them I would have been panicking. Thank you for your great customer service and help! :)
