Saw Dr Portu a few years ago before he moved his practice. I tried to get an appointment to start a dr/pt relationship with him for my husband and myself. Was told that we could not be seen until August 5 months is too long. They should just say that they are not taking new patients.

Carlos is a great Dr, I followed him from NCH to his own physician group! He listens regarding my issues and how I approach them. He has a progressive understanding of medicine and doesn't just throw pills at you.

Yes, he speaks Spanish well. He is very kind and patient. He is my parents doctor. There is also Luis, and the girls who speak Spanish.
