I’ve been with Dr Melwyn DSouza for a a little over a month now and each time I have seen or spoken to him he takes his time to explain things to me and makes ne feel cared for. Uncommon in today’s medical world.

Never went to a primary care office where they never check vital signs. They dont have an MA or a nurse. All they do is refill medications.

The front desk staff doesn’t answer the phone . Seems the doctors are never available for help. The phone rings and rings and rings and sometimes you hear someone pick up and hang up

If you have other insurance as Primary, then we accept Molina as secondary. Molina allows their members to be seen by only the PCP mentioned on your Insurance card. Bigger groups like NCH, Millenium, Physicians Regional, Lee health might accept Molina.
I have Florida Blue and they take that.
