I was there in 2017 and it is true that the comments are creepy. I strongly advise against rentals without sanitary facilities.. because to have passed in front of it did not make you want to, the inhabitants of elsewhere use them... But I was rather happy with the room chosen, a small kitchenette, a bathroom (admittedly small but private) toilets, two double beds and a single bed! Rather clean! The hotel is ideally located, next to empire SB, time square.. We did almost everything on foot.....and that's pretty cool!

Great location, poor service, terrible room. This last one had bed bugs! They read well. BEDBUGS. Every time we returned to our Airbnb we found at least one on the wall. Evidence attached. To avoid at all costs.

One of the worst lodging experiences. If you can, run away from this place. My two friends and I took one of the Airbnb apartments that Eliza manages. The truth is that it is a nightmare: he gave us a room with two beds (single and double) on the fourth floor. Our specific number was in a basement on the same floor and we shared a corridor with about 70 other rooms. They are tiny rooms that are used as Airbnb but also as a rental for people without resources. The corridor smelled horrible, there were very strange people and a tourist does not feel very safe there... We asked Eliza to change rooms because we were not comfortable and she did not give us any facilities. In six days of stay we had to ask him for at least one change of towels. A very bitter experience.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. In my room the radiator heat did NOT work. The bathroom has black mold around the tub top. The room isn't worth the price that we paid for it. I have a 2 year old son and a pregnant wife. I told them multiple times that the heat didn't work. They didn't fix the heat. Just gave me a space heater. Then I leave a review on Expedia where I booked the room and I get a call from this place telling me that I left an incorrect review! She then tells me if I don't change my review, I will be sued for giving false information. The problem with this is I took pictures of the black mold and the dirtiness of the bathroom. We left the room cleaner than what it was when we got it. The only thing they needed to do is collect the towels and change the bedding. But to be called and harassed then texted while I'm at work because I leave a review they don't like is a major issue. If I were you, I would seriously think twice about booking this hotel. It definitely isn't an experience you will like. Just look at the pictures others as well as myself have left!

Is there parking at the hotel for guests?

I have stayed there several times and not seen any parking. If you are not familiar with the area, not only will you never need a car, they will slow you down A LOT, not to mention how bad both traffic and parking are, let alone the daily parking expense. If you are driving in from out of the city, I think I would still use a train station a ways out to leave your car then train in. We often rent cars this way, out of the city, by taking the train out from Grand Central, then getting off near an Enterprise Rents. If this was helpful, please click on like

Supposedly it is free cancellation, and if they already charged you a part as a guarantee you should write to them so they will refund you.

Hi. I'm just wondering how far of a walk it is from the motel to times square? And what is this $600 charge the above commenter said I believe in the first comment?

Don't book there! The place is disgusting, they mistreat you when you complain about their attention and quality.

If you or someone you know speaks English, it is best to call them. Do you have their phone number? I posted here yesterday.

Please, does this hotel store luggage until the check-in time?

It is both an apartment and a hostel. Their actual name is The Grand NYC Apartments. We have stayed there more than once. The location is PERFECT. They have a desk person 24/7. So, I would guess they can store your things. It would be best to call them 516-770-8751. If this was helpful, please click like. Thanks and enjoy NYC

John Richmond | Oct 20, 2018

Ya it has bathroom but it's a closet the room is a closet too. It does have ace to cook but it's still lots of money for a room you probably not going to spend much time in
