DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never staid in a hotel that bed has not been made and no sheets are on it. I initially thought they forgot to do the bed so I requested the bed to be done. Concierge was apologetic and promised the beD will be done before my return to sleep. She also promised as an apology to leave a bottle of bubbly in the room. When I arrived at midnight the room look exactly the same, no sheets just a duvet with no covers (not sure if was washed or not), no bottle of bubbly. I also requested extra towels as they had only two towels in the room (me and my husband were staying in it) and they never gave the extra towels either. This hotel is cheap and saving on laundry services. To make matters worse the room had a light in the bathroom with a sensor which was broken and didnt turn off all night. I requested someone to help, they sent someone but they couldn't fix it, so NO SHEETS and LIGHTS ON ALL NIGHT!!! WORSE NIGHT EVER. I SPOKE WITH MANAGER AND EMAIL AFTER I LEFT AND NO ONE HAS OFFER AN APOLOGY. I travel all over the world and stay in nice hotels often. I would never stay here again!

Best looking and experience for hotels. Ultra modern and equinox integration. The only shortcomings is the TV and room control panel not working properly
